The AIMZA75R040M2H is a 750V automotive-grade silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET developed by Infineon based on second-generation CoolSiC™ trench technology. It is housed in a PG-TO247-4 (4-pin asymmetric lead) package, with a typical on-resistance of 40 mΩ and a continuous drain current of 40 A (at 25°C). The device is AEC-Q101 automotive-grade certified, operates within a junction temperature range of –55°C to 175°C, and offers high reliability, low switching losses and excellent resistance to parasitic conduction. It is specifically designed for automotive high-voltage systems and high-efficiency power supplies.
