The LSM6DSL is ST’s 6-degree-of-freedom inertial measurement unit, utilising a system-in-package design. It integrates a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope, supports SPI and I²C digital interfaces, and features a 4 Kbyte FIFO, programmable interrupts and a variety of embedded motion detection functions.
The LSM6DSL supports the requirements of mainstream operating systems, offering real-time, virtual and batch-processing sensor modes, and is equipped with 4 KB of memory for dynamic data batch processing.
The LSM6DSL’s acceleration measurement range is ±2/±4/±8/±16 g, whilst its angular rate range is ±125/±245/±500/±1000/±2000 dps.
