ADR391BUJZ is precision 2.5 V, 4.096 V, and 5 V band gap voltage references, respectively, featuring low power and high precision in a tiny footprint. Using patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques, the ADR391BUJZ references achieve a low 9 ppm/°C of temperature drift in the TSOT package.
