The R5F1056AASP is a 16-bit RL78/G11 microcontroller IC featuring small 20-pin packages with 16KB flash memory. It includes rich analog peripherals such as A/D converters, D/A converters, comparators, and PGA, configurable in various combinations. Designed for ultra-low power operation (100 µA @ 1 MHz) with fast 4µs wake-up time, this MCU is ideal for sensor applications, lighting/power sources, and small appliances.
