The ACPL-247-500E is a DC-input dual channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler featuring two light emitting diodes optically coupled to two separate phototransistors. This component offers input-output isolation voltage rated at 3,000 VRMS and typical response time of 2μs, with minimum CTR of 100% at IF 5mA.
