NCV3064DR2G Integrated Circuit Chip 1.5A Buck Boost Switching Regulator With On/Off Function
The NCV3064DR2G Buck Boost Inverting Switching Regulator is a higher frequency upgrade to the popular MC33063A and MC34063A monolithic DC-DC hysteretic converters. This integrated circuit features an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver, and high current output switch. Designed for step-down (buck), step-up (boost), and voltage-inverting applications with minimal external components, it includes an ON/OFF function that puts the device into a low power (<100μA) standby state.
